New 2017 Chevy Cruze LT RS I went in looking for a new car, not sure what car I wanted, but I knew what features I wanted in a car. The dealer was able to help me pick out a kin I went in looking for a new car, not sure what car I wanted, but I knew what features I wanted in a car. The dealer was able to help me pick out a kind of car that was perfect. However, I needed extra time before I made a decision and wanted to do research on the car I was interested in and other cars. It was about a few weeks, and the dealer was very patient and e-mailed me if I had any questions and was always available if I had any. After a few weeks, I decided I did want that style car, and all that was left was to find which was right for me. After weeks of looking around and watching many many videos and reviews about the car, I decided to go with a new 2017 Chevrolet Cruze LT RS. This is my new favorite car and I have even had multiple strangers come up to me and ask me about the car and compliment it in just the first couple of days of having it. they are scammers they do not honor their contract! I bought a car from bergeys chevy in colmar pa last year and as we were going through the payment transaction the sales man and the finance department I bought a car from bergeys chevy in colmar pa last year and as we were going through the payment transaction the sales man and the finance department in the room explained that it comes with free oil change and maintenance for 2 years or after 20,000 miles they even have me sign a paper that stated this but then 2 services later which was about few months later i went in to get another free oil change and they explain to me that it only for 2 services. now on the paper that i sign NOTHING STATED 2 SERVICES! as i try to explain to them the rude manager keep cutting me off and stuck to his word that it only 2 services finally i ask him to send me a paper stating this and he did by email but the paper he send was NOT a paper i was familiar with which meaning i never signed it nor was i ever shown it while in the transaction of getting the car. in all it is the worst experience i ever had with a dealership and i will only recommend you get your car from somewhere else because the people at bergeys chevy in colmar pa will scam you More

I have never had a better car buying experience! I faced several problems here in Philadelphia in buying a car. I had just moved here and I needed a car very quickly. A friend recommended Bergey's I faced several problems here in Philadelphia in buying a car. I had just moved here and I needed a car very quickly. A friend recommended Bergey's Chevrolet and Matt Cerefice because Matt did such an outstanding job getting him a new car. So I called Matt and explained my situation. Not an easy one, so so credit, in my apartment and job for less than two weeks, out of state license, strapped for cash from the move. But I told it all to Matt and he got to work, finding me a car that I would like and the bank would finance. And he did it, really quickly. I had a delay in getting my first pay stub and my new drivers license, but Matt hung in there with me, never gave up, never said it was too much trouble. And by the way, the finance manager, Darrel, who maybe guessed I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership working out the financing, called me on the phone and we worked thru the warranty and other details. He was upfront with the advantages and disadvantages and the pricing. No shuck and jive at all. No trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. When I saw the car I bought OVER THE PHONE I was amazed and delighted with my Chevy Cruze. I didn't have a lot to spend or put down, and Matt picked out the perfect car for me. It looks new, although it's a 2014, but it's low mileage, I can talk on my phone thru communication system, it has a backup camera and I can't believe how clean and luxurious it is. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Matt Cerefice and Bergey's Chevrolet. If you want a no drama, honest and easy car buying experience, go to Bergey's and ask for Matt. He will put you in the perfect car for you with no hassle. More

Only thing lower than the mileage was Bergey's pricing which went even lower considering the fair market value they offered for my trade-in. More
