Being from eastern Long Island (wayyyy east) and driving 3 hours to get a car I had my heart set on, I was skeptical. It was the most painless process and he made sure of that! I was catered too and taken care of like family and we had never even met face to face yet! I was worked with over 5 days solely based on phone calls. Every single one was returned in such a prompt manner with every question I had answered. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I lived in the state! I had an issue with my loan, and they even helped me out with that to make sure I was getting the car I was in love with. Their finance manager Patrick, was just as polite and thorough with any questions upon arrival. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is my gas tank wasn’t filled when I got in the car to drive home and my vanity plates weren’t transferred over to the new vehicle so I paid for new plates without realizing it. Besides that, I had a 5 star overall experience. More
