So so in general. The overall experience was just so-so. Prior to the sake they were fairly accommodating, but would not talk price at all. After the deal was done, they appeared to be almost bullying and passed responsibility to me that should have been taken care of on their end. I believe it may be Carol (Manager) or dealership policy. I truly feel Tony has more integrity than he was able to demonstrate. The delivery was very poor. It was a "here is your car, let's go to F&Y, avoid questions, and hope they leave quickly and quietly" atmosphere. I asked the F&I people 4 questions and none were answered. I was told.."go ask Tony". F&I was terrible. No manager welcomed me or thanked me for my business. Unreal. I was offered water. Gee thanks..and it was self serve "there's the fridge if you want a water" More

Being from eastern Long Island (wayyyy east) a Matthew Cerefice was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with! He is an asset to any dealership! Being from eastern Long Island (wayyyy east) and driving 3 hours to get a car I had my heart set on, I was skeptical. It was the most painless process and he made sure of that! I was catered too and taken care of like family and we had never even met face to face yet! I was worked with over 5 days solely based on phone calls. Every single one was returned in such a prompt manner with every question I had answered. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I lived in the state! I had an issue with my loan, and they even helped me out with that to make sure I was getting the car I was in love with. Their finance manager Patrick, was just as polite and thorough with any questions upon arrival. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is my gas tank wasn’t filled when I got in the car to drive home and my vanity plates weren’t transferred over to the new vehicle so I paid for new plates without realizing it. Besides that, I had a 5 star overall experience. More
