So so in general. The overall experience was just so-so. Prior to the sake they were fairly accommodating, but would not talk price at all. After the deal was done, they appeared to be almost bullying and passed responsibility to me that should have been taken care of on their end. I believe it may be Carol (Manager) or dealership policy. I truly feel Tony has more integrity than he was able to demonstrate. The delivery was very poor. It was a "here is your car, let's go to F&Y, avoid questions, and hope they leave quickly and quietly" atmosphere. I asked the F&I people 4 questions and none were answered. I was told.."go ask Tony". F&I was terrible. No manager welcomed me or thanked me for my business. Unreal. I was offered water. Gee thanks..and it was self serve "there's the fridge if you want a water" More
