Backstory: I had traveled out of town for a convention, and when I put the car in reverse, it stalled. Engine shut off - just like it was a manual transmission. My car is an automatic. October 1st, I wa and when I put the car in reverse, it stalled. Engine shut off - just like it was a manual transmission. My car is an automatic. October 1st, I was driving to work, and saw my engine light was on. "Oh boy." was my first thought, because my car is 3 years old. Then the car started "stuttering" in traffic. I hit my OnStar button to find out what was going on and started making my way back home. Long story short, I made it home, switched cars, and hustled to work. Roadside Assistance towed my car to Bergey's, where I bought it. Holly called and kept me updated as to progress on the repairs, advised me that the car needed an oil change, and went above and beyond to see that the courtesy van could pick me up from work and bring me to the Service Department. Thankfully, the repairs were covered under the warranty, and I was back on the road in just a couple days. Many many thanks to the Service Department for a job well done. More

Very professional I scheduled an appointment to come in and see my options since my lease was up. A bit of confusion with salespersons. I was expecting to see the person I dealt with the last time for my lease, but I was told they weren't available. Never was told that when I made the appointment. I wasn't very happy about that. The person I was suppose to see brought over another salesperson for me to meet with. I felt like a ping pong ball. I wasn't feeling warm and fuzzy with this whole situation. More
