I am a small local business that has accounts at Bergey's Chevrolet, Dodge Jeep, Truck tire in Hatfield and Bergey's truck / car repair in Doylestown. I took my Colorado pickup truck in for a transmission Chevrolet, Dodge Jeep, Truck tire in Hatfield and Bergey's truck / car repair in Doylestown. I took my Colorado pickup truck in for a transmission flush and fluid change. Upon retrieving the vehicle, it started leaking fluid. Took it back into service, they said it was transmission fluid on the radiator wiped it off and sent me out. (I think they were so busy did not have time or interest to investigate any further). Took truck home. Still leaking fluid, had to leave truck again they said it was a plastic y fitting which was replaced $373.08 dollars later. Took the truck home. Truck still leaking, took it back in and it was determined that one of the hoses to the heater core was leaking. Couldn't get the part that day so had to leave overnight. Put the hose in the next day got a call still leaking. Leave again over night for further diagnostics. Found the upper hose fitting to heater core leaking, made repair and called me for pick-up $589.05. Lost use of my vehicle for total of 5 days, spent $962.13 cents for a coolant leak. Were the first 2 repairs necessary or was the final upper hose replacement the true fix. 5 days in the shop for coolant leak, countless time running back and forth to pick up and drop off, $962.13 in total to repair a coolant leak. Extremally disappointed on how this was handled especially considering we use multiple Bergey locations for service and repair. I depend on my vehicle every day for work. More

If I could give this dealership no stars I would. We have been in contact with a salesman, who I won’t name because at least he’s been communicating with us. We were purchasing my daughter her first We have been in contact with a salesman, who I won’t name because at least he’s been communicating with us. We were purchasing my daughter her first new car. A black 2025 Chevy trax LS loaded. VIN number: KL77LFEPXSC071767. The car was in newarks port, online it said “in transit”. During the time of our conversation about the car in question, we were promised that it would be delivered and delivered and delivered in different windows. Our salesman did what he could but I’m happy I did not fill out a credit application, as they requested. We worked out a deal based off my assumed credit score and waited for the car to arrive, even placed a deposit on it to hold it. Our deal was $460 a month for 60 months. The dealer was offering a $1000 coupon on the car before it was delivered. Finally they were able to pick up the car. During the transfer of the vehicle to the dealership, the careless driver crashed into tire on a Mack truck, damaging the bumper. We were on our way to dealer when this happened to purchase the car, so we had to turn around and go home. The dealer apologized and offered an additional $500 off the vehicle, due to our inconvience and trouble, we declined. They called back and offered an additional $300 off the vehicle and completely new bumper. We agreed and stayed in contact with the dealer for the vehicle to be fixed. We got a call a few days later and they told us we had to come up to their facility and fill out the paperwork and make the deal right away (before the car was even fixed and ready) in order to keep the original deal of $1000 off from the dealership on the car. Since the vehicle was not fixed and ready, we declined, and stated we would be up there as soon as it’s ready to purchase (as this is an hour and a half from my home and we did not want to make a senseless trip). They said I’m sorry, the coupon from the dealership expires this week and we cannot honor it. I find that this is very sketchy and unprofessional. The inconvenience was not our fault. Also, when you go and look at this vehicle please be aware that it was already in an accident, and repaired, and you will pay full price and some for it. Unreal. More
