Fast and friendly service! I had to bring my car in for a software update. The service crew took my car right in and I was only there for about an hour. They didn't even charge I had to bring my car in for a software update. The service crew took my car right in and I was only there for about an hour. They didn't even charge me because I had recently bought the car from them! Their waiting area is fantastic too: nice ceramic coffee mugs, water, Keurig coffee machine and even little bite-sized pastries! I felt very pampered and valued. More

First time owning a Cadillac, show up for my appointment on 2/26 for problems with my key and windows. Was told by mark the service clerk that they would have to keep the car over the weekend and the parts on 2/26 for problems with my key and windows. Was told by mark the service clerk that they would have to keep the car over the weekend and the parts would have to be ordered but it could not be done today and we don't give loaner car u will have to rent one from Enterprise rental and I don't know if your warranty will cover any of this? So my question to Mr Rude y don't u find out all this before you do any work? Came back with rental on 3/1 at 1pm and not only did they not start on my car but he wanted to do more work and wanted me to keep rental 2 more days and started working on other problems with my car before I said yes. I told he to do what I told u to do, take this rental back that I didn't need cause I could have just ordered the parts and drop my car off today. I will be writing to corporate and Mr Armen himself, never again coming to thus place the staff seem miserable needless to say. More
I recently visited this dealership, most notably on I recently visited this dealership, most notably on Christmas Eve. My service man seemed very irritated and annoyed that I was even there. I called previously to make sure they were open and was told until 2 PM. When I arrived my serveman informed me that they couln't even look at the car because they were closing at 12PM. This was approximately 10:30 AM. The problem is the car has keyless entry with a push button start as long as the transmitter is in the car. The error msg was No "FOB Detected" meaning the car is not recognizing the signal from the transmitter. So I make the appointment to come back even though I am told I have to wait on it because it's a less than 2 hour service job and my warranty won't cover a courtesy car for 2hrs of less wasit time. Today Dec. 29, 2009 another holiday week I'm here for my appt. 8 AM in the morning and he tells me he can't find the problem unless he has the car over night the message occurs and the car won't start while its in his posssession. So I must leave the car with no access to a courtesy car because my extended warranty does not cover this service even though we don't know yet what the problem is with the car. I might add that I purchased this car in May from another Cadillac dealer which is further from my home and that's why I chose Armen for service. It couldn't possibly that I'm getting the cold shoulder because I bought the car somewhere else could it? I don't think GM would want to hear this from me or any other customer who purchases a General Motors car. I believe this is the third of fourth time I've had this car in for service and either they couldn't serve me or they found nothing wrong. I'm leading towards checking for a possible lemon with the car and the dealership. I will be writing also to General Motors. I don't want the warranty to run out before they find the problem. That's what I see happening. More
