I requested information regarding a vehicle here and was contacted by Randy Ziegler shortly thereafter. Most of the short conversation was spent with him talking over me and/or him talking before I finished contacted by Randy Ziegler shortly thereafter. Most of the short conversation was spent with him talking over me and/or him talking before I finished speaking. I requested a worksheet and sent over the information he requested. Instead of sending me a worksheet he sends me a paragraph of why he can’t send me a simple worksheet. They need my title + tag + registration first and proceeds to send me an “auction trade” value $3000 less than market value. Very poor sales process and arrogant communication techniques from this salesperson. More
