She gave me realistic time frames for it being fixed and exceeded that exponentially. She kept me informed the entire time. She did not try to upsell me on anything the Jeep needed and was so helpful. Don gave me a ride home and he was so friendly as well. I wish I was local cause I would definitely service my car there going forward and purchase my next vehicle there. Again awesome job! More
Do not take your vehicle to Bergeron Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 3525 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie for service. The check engine light came on in my 2019 Ram 1500. I called and made an appointment for s Ram on 3525 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie for service. The check engine light came on in my 2019 Ram 1500. I called and made an appointment for service and was told the earliest available appointment was in 40 days. I made an appointment and brought my truck in for service on a Thursday, at that time the check engine light was not illuminated. Nevertheless, a service member using a code reader found that the vehicle was misfiring. At that time, I was told it would take up to three days to make the repairs. The following Monday I was informed that my truck was ready for pick up. Upon arriving at Bergeron, I was given a receipt for the services rendered and noticed that they had repaired the air dam and not addressed the misfire at all. I inquired about this oversight and was told the check engine light was not illuminated so there was nothing to fix. Notwithstanding that on Thursday, without an illuminated check engine light, the code reader reported a misfire. Within two days the check engine light reilluminated, and the misfire resumed. I returned to Bergeron that Thursday and informed the service department that the original problem they diagnosed (and did not fix) had resumed. The same service employee I originally dropped my truck off with told me that the “engine guy” would not be there until Monday and to return the vehicle to Bergeron then to have it serviced. I returned my truck to Bergeron that Monday and requested a courtesy car because I had to return it due to their oversight. I was told by service staff that they did not have any courtesy cars available, despite having 2-3 courtesy cars parked directly next to the service entrance! I called multiple times throughout the week to check on the progress of the repairs and to check on the status of my courtesy car request. Each time I was told that there had been no progress and that Bergeron still did not have any courtesy cars available. And get this, on Wednesday, a service member told me that they had changed the oil in my truck in an effort to fix the misfire!! In what world would an oil change fix a misfire??? Despite that, I was over 600 miles from needing an oil change. On Thursday a service member informed me that my truck had been “assigned” to a technician and that they would know something Friday morning. By this point Bergeron had had my truck for almost two weeks and had yet to address the original issue. During this time, I was forced to rent two cars and take multiple rideshare trips at an expense of nearly $1,000. I went back to Bergeron on Friday hoping that my truck would at least be in the repair bay but found it parked in the exact same place it was on Monday. But here is the kicker. I went inside Bergeron to request my truck back and the inside service staff did not ask one question! They said OK we will bring it around. They were absolutely unconcerned with the quality of their service or the inconvenience they caused me. The outside service member (the same guy who I brought my truck to the previous week and the current week) drove it over, hopped out, and said the keys were in it and walked off!!! Again, absolutely unconcerned with the quality of their service or the inconvenience they caused me. Moreover, there were two courtesy cars parked by the service center and I have serious doubts that they even changed the oil!! Do not take your car for service to Bergeron. And in my opinion, if you cannot take your car for service to a dealership, you should not buy from them either. More

Travis and one of the guys in the garage (I can't remember his name) just finished the new lift and exhaust on my 21 Gladiator. Great experience and they were so much fun to work with. I initially h remember his name) just finished the new lift and exhaust on my 21 Gladiator. Great experience and they were so much fun to work with. I initially had concerns about going back to the dealership for this kind of work, but after talking to 2 stores that also do the work I felt much more confident that Bergeron would do the work correctly. The price was very competitive. What extra I may have paid was worth it for the value of them saying that they knew how to do it, instead of "we have to look in to it." I've got more projects planned for this Jeep and will only deal with Travis and his team and Bergeron. More
