Service is generally good and service writers friendly. However, every single time my Jeep has been in this shop, it's returned with dirty water marks all over the windshield, particularly the right side. If the windshield washers are tested, how about drying the windshield? I had just cleaned it the evening before. Also, this time my service writer went to lunch and didn't answer phone calls though I could see my car was out front. A second service writer cleared me to go, and I paid the bill. On startup, the warning "oil change needed" flashed. So, I found another service writer who knew how to reset it. This is good, but not great, service. More
