STAY AWAY from this service dept, worst experperience. Has taken 3-4 visits (losing track now) and somewhere around 9 months for warranty repair of Tonneau cover and key fob. Last visit left vehicle for 2 Has taken 3-4 visits (losing track now) and somewhere around 9 months for warranty repair of Tonneau cover and key fob. Last visit left vehicle for 2 weeks and was not told repair not done. I drove off and later saw that Tonneau cover was still not repaired. The service rep never bothered to tell me that the part that had been in now was not, and I would need to return. Would this not be considered the very LEAST one should expect, to be informed repair was not done and let's try to get vehicle back? I assumed vehicle was repaired after 2 weeks in the service dept and nothing to the contrary said. Over a week ago I got a follow up call from customer service rep to ask about my experience. I told customer service the truth, disappointed and extremely unhappy. CS rep told me she would get back with me with an acceptable solution after she discussed the issue with my "service" rep. To date, crickets. Sadly, no longer surprised. Every time I drop my vehicle off and it does not get repaired I am deprived the utilization of my purchase and and I have to arrange for alternative transportation or waste money on taxis. If you do not have the luxury of spare vehicles nor mind your vehicle depreciating in Bergeron's service lot, then this may be OK. If this does not describe you, I would stay FAR AWAY from this dealership's service dept, as am I. More
I won't be back. I made an appointment online to have maintenance done on my van. (5 year, 80,000 miles). I arrived at 7am on Wed. and was asked what I was bringing the van in for. I said I had an appointment for maintenance. They signed me in and said that it would might take a couple days. That surprised me because I've had maintenance done before and it's been done in about 4 hours. So I leave my van and plan to be without a car for 2 days. When I left it I was told verbally and received a text that they would keep me up to date on the progress on my van. Thursday afternoon I hadn't heard a thing - so texted them to see what was going on. I got a reply that they would check on it "right now". Two hours later I got a call letting me know that the van hadn't been assigned a "technician" yet. They had changed the oil. So they've had my vehicle for a day and a half and have changed the oil. I have been able to get an oil change in 15 minutes. I asked if they would be getting to my van that day and was told that they wouldn't. I ask if they'll be able to get to my car the next day. I was told it a possibility. I told him that if they weren't able to get to it by Friday I would come get the van. I texted Friday afternoon to see if there had been any progress and was told that it still hadn't been assigned to a technician and that I probably just needed to come pick it up because they wouldn't get to it until next week. The person who texted me told me that his manager had informed him that the majority of their techs have vehicles that are getting new motors, so they are focused on them. Would it have been possible for them to tell me this when I dropped the van off on Wed. or when I talked to them on Thurs. or call me and tell me this?? So I go to pick up my van and the bill is $350. I asked if they normally charge that much for an oil change and the lady looked at the bill and said, well you wanted the "oil change package". Yes, when I dropped the van off they did talk me into agreeing to the package, but I no longer want it because I can get an oil change for less that will be done in less than 2 days somewhere else. So she says the manager will have to take it off the bill. Then she said they had rotated the tires. OK, that was something that needed to be done. So new bill is $200. I pay it and leave. When I look at the bill they HAD also "flushed" the oil ($20), but they had NOT rotated the tires. They had balanced them, but the front tires were better than the back, so they hadn't rotated them. So for $200 I got my oil changed and tires balanced and was without a car for 2+ days. Nope, won't be back and won't recommend. More
