Once I entered the dealership everyone was pleasant,helpful,nice and informative.The Black female at the information desk was very kind when I entered the dealership and was stuck because I en pleasant,helpful,nice and informative.The Black female at the information desk was very kind when I entered the dealership and was stuck because I entered the wrong way.One salesman came out and he started yelling at me stating that I just needed to move.I didn't get his name but once I entered, I saw him again.His desk was next to the info desk.He has white hair and was wearing a pink shirt and a gray suit.He eas too rude to a possible new customer,Me.After that encounter everyone was very pleasant.Chris Robertson was wonderful,he energy and enthusiasm helped keep me interested in purchasing the jeep.The two gentlemen in finance were so helpful.The gentleman that helped with the financial part was very genuine when he spoke to me about my husband who died recently from Covid-19.I wanted to cry but I didn't.He kept me focused.The information clerk continues to be helpful even when I called back about my handicap tag which I left in my Mercedes.
