Once I entered the dealership everyone was pleasant,helpful,nice and informative.The Black female at the information desk was very kind when I entered the dealership and was stuck because I en pleasant,helpful,nice and informative.The Black female at the information desk was very kind when I entered the dealership and was stuck because I entered the wrong way.One salesman came out and he started yelling at me stating that I just needed to move.I didn't get his name but once I entered, I saw him again.His desk was next to the info desk.He has white hair and was wearing a pink shirt and a gray suit.He eas too rude to a possible new customer,Me.After that encounter everyone was very pleasant.Chris Robertson was wonderful,he energy and enthusiasm helped keep me interested in purchasing the jeep.The two gentlemen in finance were so helpful.The gentleman that helped with the financial part was very genuine when he spoke to me about my husband who died recently from Covid-19.I wanted to cry but I didn't.He kept me focused.The information clerk continues to be helpful even when I called back about my handicap tag which I left in my Mercedes. I had a miserable experience with Bergeron Jeep. My 2016 jeep Cherokee has been in the service department on three occasions for the last four weeks - for the same issue. The first time the issue was not re jeep Cherokee has been in the service department on three occasions for the last four weeks - for the same issue. The first time the issue was not resolved; I had to reschedule the appointment - earliest available was 10 days later. Also was charged for service then informed that repairs were covered under warranty. Returned to address original issue and also Check Engine Light warning. Picked up the following day, original issue unresolved and Check Engine Light is back on. So Jeep is back (third time the charm?) Salespeople are nice enough. Meanwhile sales department cal, email, and text about trading in for a 2021. I will purchase a 2021 soon... but it won't be from Bergeron and it won't be a Jeep. More

Bergeron had my truck for over 2 months due to parts being delayed because of the pandemic. Returned my truck filthy and customer service lacking. I had to call to find out information.
