I recently ordered a Jeep Compass Limited with almost every optional feature available. I was very particular about what I wanted and with the help of Josh Huezo, our salesperson, we special ordered the every optional feature available. I was very particular about what I wanted and with the help of Josh Huezo, our salesperson, we special ordered the car. It took much longer to have it shipped in than I had expected but it arrived exactly as I ordered it. The wait was worth it. Josh kept me up-to-date on the status of my order at all times which was much appreciated. After my car arrived, Josh took the time to explain the many features and even paired my iPhone and my wife's iPhone. The whole buying experience at Bergeron was a pleasure. Thank you, Josh. More

Staff are attentive and efficient. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars, not 5, is that they never have the part I need in stock. All I needed was two light bulbs. How can they be out of LIGHT BULBS? Brandon was apologetic about the inventory issue and it was certainly not his fault they weren't in stock, but I'm glad I don't need much repair or part replacements. I've in the past waited days for a tire. Ten weeks for a "coolant fan assembly." Four MONTHS for a spare tire and kit. Jeep and Bergeron need to "step up their game" before I invest in another vehicle. More

Terrible! After waiting 6 weeks to have an engine replaced (note, it had been in the shop several times before the engine replacement with a check engine light indication) on a 2020 jeep gladiator wi replaced (note, it had been in the shop several times before the engine replacement with a check engine light indication) on a 2020 jeep gladiator with 1,200 miles on it, I got the jeep back with the new engine, drove it off the lot and the cooling fan broke. I took it back to the dealership, waited 2 more weeks, and got a call from my service rep, Michael, saying it had been fixed. I asked Michael if they were sure it was fixed and test drove the jeep and he assured me it was good to go and had been test driven. My employee went to pick it up, started the engine and the exact same cooling fan issue was experienced! xxx??? This is the worst service I have ever experienced. More
