When I called to make appt the gentlemen was very dry and didn’t have any concern about what I was trying to ask about my car. I told him my engine light was he proceeded to say we're 3 weeks out it would be didn’t have any concern about what I was trying to ask about my car. But , I just accepted and waited 3 weeks til my appt . After all said and done not all techs are friendly at Bergeron . I must say Danielle and Luis have been pleasant.
