I think that someone should vac the two front seat areas of car and clean windshield. I have been buying/leasing cars sin e my early twenties. i am now seventy five. i waited about two hours for the salesman to get financial info. He couldn't get a response from the people that held my prio i am now seventy five. i waited about two hours for the salesman to get financial info. He couldn't get a response from the people that held my prior lease. so he told me he would try again the next day, and essentially let me leave. what else could I do? This was a first!! The next day I came back and almost completed the transaction. It seems there was a prior sale on this car and the customers name was never cleared from it so I couldn't get registered as the owner and I was told to call him back the next week to get this done. before I could ask him about it he hung up the phone. I called for two reasons. I needed a letter for my bank, stating that I no longer leased the Cadillac( I am out of town an will be for two weeks) he told me to call back and ask for the person who did my financial paper work. I expected him to do it for me or at least transfer me to her desk! That didn't happen! i could never get back to him because the phones were not working correctly. He did try to call back for a few minutes . i never heard from him again. I also never found out how to get the other customer off the car tiltle so i could set up the U connect! I left a message for a call back from Joy. Never happened! also on the day of the final del rather than walk me over to the financial , he pointed the way. I found it! I love the car, but i have never had this poor treatment over the last fifty years of owning and leasing many cars , ever! More

Only gave it a 3 star due to the service advisor and auto tech being really nice. I come here for everything as it is the closet dodge to me. I have never had an issue prior. I dropped my car off on a Monday, I had it sent up for a loaner car. The lady who helped with the loaner was very off putting, like she didn’t want to be there. They reached out to me to ride with the tech so he could hear the noise I was hearing. After that, I had to call to get updates on my car. I was told that the tech couldn’t hear the noise when he in fact heard the noise while I was in the car with him. Come to find out from another advisor, the tech didn’t show up to write due to a family emergency. Completely understandable but the lack of communication to me was not. My car was in the shop for a week before I was told that the parts were back ordered. It has now been over a week since I picked the car up. Customer service and communication is clearly lacking. I am driving around in a car with bad struts. Not sure as to how safe this could be. I’ve reached out to the service manager. Left a message. No call back. Did plan on trading my car in here, but now I will go back to Ray Brandt. More
