I had a good experience at this dealership. I was a little upset about the miles that was put on the truck to say that I was the first buyer, but I still purchased the truck because I liked it. Easy to talk with, understood what I wanted and was able to get things done. However, by the truck being driven prior to being sold an oil change is needed and still have not been scheduled for one. Overall, I had a good experience and still would recommend to buy from them. More

A fantastic experience! After having the old bait and switch pulled on me by another dealership in Baton Rouge, I went to Bergeron. The difference was night and day. The sales person at Bergeron, Steve switch pulled on me by another dealership in Baton Rouge, I went to Bergeron. The difference was night and day. The sales person at Bergeron, Steve Whitmire, did not waste my time, answered my questions and did not push me with any high pressure tactics. I walked out with a new car and a deal I liked.
