I worked with Thomas, in the new car sales department. I was over the moon with the amount of professionalism and understanding I received by the whole team. Great experience buying the car. Wish I didn't feel like after the sale was over so was the help. It has taken over a month to get the second key for the used car I bought that should have come with the c after the sale was over so was the help. Would recommend with a caveat that inventory was extremely limited, service did not deliver when promised, and my sales person turned what arguably should have taken only a few hours in to an over 5 extremely limited, service did not deliver when promised, and my sales person turned what arguably should have taken only a few hours in to an over 5-hour and 4-day ordeal. He also made it seem as if I was putting him out. An attitude I would not recommend to anyone walking a customer through a $30K+ investment. Ultimately, I am happy with the vehicle and ended up with a decent deal in a touch market, so 3-stars for what matters in the end. More
