Danielle was amazing. I have had this issue in the past and I just recently purchased this Jeep I was crying and upset and Danielle was positive and reassuring. She gave me realistic time frames for it being fixed and exceeded that exponentially. She kept me informed the entire time. She did not try to upsell me on anything the Jeep needed and was so helpful. Don gave me a ride home and he was so friendly as well. I wish I was local cause I would definitely service my car there going forward and purchase my next vehicle there. Again awesome job! More
