DID NOT GET ANY PAPERWORK ON THURSDAY. Hadn’t heard from him AT ALL. Called on Friday 08/05 at 12pm to follow up. He told me that he would send over the updated numbers. Hadn’t heard from him- called again Friday evening to see what was going on. He said that the car was sold Thursday morning. WHY WOULD HE NOT TELL ME THAT WHEN SPEAKING TO ME EARLIER THAT DAY? Communication is poor. You never get a call back no matter how many messages you leave. Service is the worst I have seen. Then they won't even look at it to see if it's a safety issue, because they don't want to be burdened with keeping the car. So, they will let you drive an unsafe car because they don't want to be bothered. More
