Water Leak Dustin took really good care of me but they had a problem with the windshield work that was contracted out. Only issue with Berger, they put the flooring back together soaking wet and it is now missing a felt liner that was under the carpet. I wish they would have vacuumed the water a little before giving it back to me. I had to take the trim back off and it took 4 days to get it dried out. More

Great Got to my appointment on 6/13 and there was no wait. I got checked in and Mark took the time to walk around my car with me and explained what I neede Got to my appointment on 6/13 and there was no wait. I got checked in and Mark took the time to walk around my car with me and explained what I needed to complete. When I said I didn’t have enough money to do everything he did not try to pressure me at all, he was willing to work with me. He said the car would be finished by 11 and to my surprise it was completed before that. He reviewed exactly what was completed and thanked me for brining my car in. This is one of the best experiences I had with a service department. I used to be a service writer and I really like that he did not speak to me like I was an idiot even though I was a woman. More
