Overheating My car started overheating so I took it directly to the service center, they couldn't get it in that day, but told me to leave it there overnight. Al called me later the next day and told me it was all ready to go, and the best part about it was that everything was FREE under my warranty!!!! That made my day, what a blessing!!! More

Quicker Turnaround Than Expected Usually when you make an appointment for something as simple as a grease job, oil change, and tire rotation you could expect to be sitting there for a Usually when you make an appointment for something as simple as a grease job, oil change, and tire rotation you could expect to be sitting there for a minimum of an hour perhaps longer. This is not the case at all here at Berger. They told me that it would be about 20 minutes and I can attest it was shorter than that. In, done, and out in less than 15. That is service for you. Amber was fantastic and friendly. Had plenty of extra time to go get things done because of this! It's appreciated! More
