Service denies any culpability and instead wanted to chalk it up as "coincidence" and a faulty transmission hose from the factory. To fix it and clean up the engine, various parts of my car had to be removed and put back together - the last thing anyone wants to do with a brand new vehicle. Never allow your vehicle to be serviced at the Oil Change side show, I observed one technician poking his fingers in and out of my gas tank lamenting about how he does not like the fact that the newer cars do not have gas gaps and same technician started cleaning my rear window to then get distracted by his cell phone. By the time he returned, washer fluid had run down the entire rear of my vehicle. I had to ask twice that it be rinsed off. So it is no surprise that someone was doing something goofy and yanking on stuff under my vehicle. Three hours after waiting for the tow truck, one unpleasant conversation with a manager named Pattie, and one hour in transit, I was back at Berger. Dustin inherited this mess and did an excellent job trying to address it. I I was able to pick up my car the next day but I really no longer enjoy or trust this car anymore and I bought it brand new this past summer... More

Progressive Needs to Choose Another Repair Dealership We recently had our vehicle repaired at Berger. They did do a nice job of detailing the interior of the vehicle. This is the second repair we have had at the dealership and both have been disappointing. We chose the dealership option for repairs hoping the paint would match and it did. Sadly, there is much left to be desired. More

Horrible. My service advisor totally did more then what I asked for. I came in with a bad power steering pump that needed replaced that was also covered under w My service advisor totally did more then what I asked for. I came in with a bad power steering pump that needed replaced that was also covered under warranty. I dropped my car off at 8 in the morning and didn’t get it back until the next day, with no work being done at all. My sales rep ended up ended up doing diagnostics to pretty much my whole car and the warranty company didn’t cover it so I had to come out of pocket for that when I never asked it to be done. And on top of that whoever looked at my power steering pump made it worse cause when I picked up my vehicle there was power steering fluid all over my engine. Now it won’t hold not one bottle of power steering fluid for more then an hour. It wasn’t like that before I took it there. All he kept saying was pay for the diagnostics and pick up your car and bring it back in a couple days. Totally unprofessional and his manager will be getting a phone call from me on Monday More
