chevy malibu repair Had an 8am appointment, but didn't hear from the service center until after I called them at 1pm. Then I never got a call saying the car was ready till the service van arrived at my house around 4pm . So far the air condition is working, so I am happy about that. There should be better communication between service center and car owner. And if you made an 8am appointment, the car should be dealt with sometime that morning. More

Friendly but Welcoming staff. Had and appointment to drop off at 10am. Was told they'd do a diagnostic test for around $129 and they'd call with outcome. I thought Welcoming staff. Kinda put off things I needed to do that would take me away from the phone so I didn't miss call. Finally heard back around 4pm. Just enough time to get the work done by close at 6pm. Charged for about 2.25 hours on a job local mechanic said the book said should take 6/10 of an hour. They brought the car up and the check engine light was on-it was not on previously. Printed report and was told it was not near anything they were working on and that I needed to make another appointment to get it fixed. I'm not mechanically inclined so can't question that except that why was the light not on prior to then on after? Also, why didn't the $129 diagnostic test pick this up in the beginning? I'm guessing to get it fixed, I'll need another $129 diagnostic test. Now I know why they were smiling the whole time... More

4 hours well spent! I scheduled a free battery check and oil change. Battery did need replacing, agreed to cleaning of all “lines” (fuel & engine) along with Oil change. I scheduled a free battery check and oil change. Battery did need replacing, agreed to cleaning of all “lines” (fuel & engine) along with Oil change. Not realizing it would take at least 3-4 hours I went ahead with it and was able to make several return phone calls, schedule appointments and planning an upcoming road trip to Nashville! Time well spent! More
