Dustin is great! I scheduled an appointment then had to reschedule, when I called to reschedule the person that took the call was very confused and couldn't find my ap I scheduled an appointment then had to reschedule, when I called to reschedule the person that took the call was very confused and couldn't find my appointment because I made it online. She did assure me that the appointment had been reschedules for the following day. When I arrived at the dealership, they could not find the appointment. Come to find out, the person I spoke with did not reschedule the appointment. I was quite frustrated with this! Dustin stepped in and assisted. He quickly got a new appointment built and got my vehicle to a tech right away. Even with my being upset and taking it out on Dustin (I apologized), he stayed calm, let me vent and assured me he would get things taken care of as quickly as possible. Yet he didn't skip any step, he still did a full walk around of the vehicle, explained things to me with regard to my tires, wipers etc. I have no prior experience with Dustin, but I can assure you, as long as he is a service writer at Berger I will continue to take my vehicle there to be services. Dustin is a great asset to Berger, hands down! More

Honest I was very pleased with my experience. It's a 45 minute drive to Berger, but totally worth it. I bought my vehicle here, because they gave me such a I was very pleased with my experience. I was having trouble with a sensor, and I tried to have my vehicle serviced at the dealer near me. The overall experience was not great, and ended with them telling me nothing was wrong and quickly shuffled me out the door without much explanation, and the sensor problem continued Last week I brought my vehicle to Berger for an oil change and to get the sensor checked. I was about an hour early for my appointment, and was immediately greeted and assisted by Adam Havens. Throughout the entire visit he was always smiling and seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. At the end of the visit, the sensor issue was still not resolved, however the way Adam handled the situation made all the difference. He was very detailed in explaining the situation, and I feel like he did everything he could to locate/resolve the issue. He was straight forward about it, not trying to piece together a clever and confusing explanation. In the end, I went to two dealerships with the same problem and left with the same solution, however it was the employees who made all of the difference. In the future, I will happily drive 45 minutes to Berger versus the 5 minutes to my local dealer. More
