Good I guess I have bought cars from Berger since I was 16. I went and got an oil change and asked for a tire rotation. They weren’t happy. They did the tire rotation and they guy asked the girl who did the computer “if anyone else wants a tire rotation today tell them we are not doing them screw that”. I was like xxx. Then they started to complain about the customer in front of me because they had a coupon. The driver left and they were bashing him. Can you wait when a customer isn’t around. More

Unimpressed with Quick Lube employees I usually don't leave bad reviews but I felt my experience yesterday was really poor and thought the dealership should know. I stopped after work to h I usually don't leave bad reviews but I felt my experience yesterday was really poor and thought the dealership should know. I stopped after work to have my oil changed. The young girl who greeted me was not very happy but I soon realized why. The young man whose job it is to be downstairs was at the top of the stairs bothering her, telling her that her hair looked bad. Listening to their back and forth conversation reminded me of my middle school days. All 5 of the young 20's employees seemed very immature and unprofessional. Hope my oil was changed properly and my experience is better next time, if I decide to go there again. More
