Good Experience I was in the market for a new car and I was trying to decide between the Malibu and Cruze. The salesperson I worked with was Jorge Garcia. He did a v I was in the market for a new car and I was trying to decide between the Malibu and Cruze. The salesperson I worked with was Jorge Garcia. He did a very good job of answering my questions and lining up the two cars I wanted to test drive and making sure it had the two things I wanted in a car when I test drove them. Jorge was not insistent on either car and let me ask questions and decide on the things I wanted and didn't want in a car. Everyone I encountered during my visit were very friendly and helpful. More

Finance Manager was terrible! Duane, our sales man was great, he gave a good experience. For the entire deal to take three long days, Duane was quite understanding. I’m upset though, as when my mom & I went in we made it VERY clear that we wanted both credit ran and try and application for credit with BOTH parties. My credit score isn’t good, and that’s why I had A co-signer. My credit was not run through any of the companies Berger partners with. We were told that the “finance manager” knew that it would be better with just my mom. We later found out that since it was just my mom on the loan, we didn’t go through with it and had my husband try for the loan. Again, we stated that we wanted BOTH credit run for the loan application. Although, I stated MULTIPLE times that my husband has already been FULLY approved through a different delearship from LMCU. So I asked To please only run his credit application and finance application through LMCU. We later found out that my credit wasn’t run AGAIN. Why?? Because the “finance manager” knew how to do it best. Well I wanted it a certain way! Later, my husband is approved. Cool. So we go to sign for the car. Bryan was the rudest person II’ve dealt with in a very long time. He was so rude, didn’t care that we were first time buyers and wanted to make sure that the paperwork was done correctly without the extras we DONT need. I specifically stated that I DONT want gap through the delarship, that’ I would Purchase it elsewhere with cash, cheaper. Bryan nearly yelled at me when I said This. He got very irritated and rude. I won’t be going back to Berger solely because of my experience signing the papers for the car. Brian wasn’t welcoming, he shook our hand and that was about it. He was very rude and tried to get to the point as soon as he could. More

Will never buy another car there again Bought my first new car 3 years ago from Berger, the financing lady pushed a warranty on me that I did not really want. The “ultimate” plan did not Bought my first new car 3 years ago from Berger, the financing lady pushed a warranty on me that I did not really want. The “ultimate” plan did not cover a lense that broke off the side amber light that is on the side of the headlight. Berger wanted 447 dollars to replace the hole headlight assembly. I paid a 2000 dollars have never made 1 claim, and the one thing that broke on the vehicle will cost me even more out of pocket. More
