Mechanic left tools in trunk. Besides the tools issue I came back the next day to have a $10 coupon off applied to the bill for an alignment sold to me. I got some blowback from whoever the guy was that meet me in the lane. I had to ask to speak to a manager before he easily did what he should have done in the first place. I've been having a string of bad luck at this place. Seriously considering exploring other dealerships the next time I buy new. Service is everything and this place kind of gives me a cattle chute feel. More

Great mechanic work and excellent staff. I love the staff at Berger and every time I bring my car in it always gets done properly. The one thing I don't like is the prices. I spent $151.00 I love the staff at Berger and every time I bring my car in it always gets done properly. The one thing I don't like is the prices. I spent $151.00 for one Goodyear year tire and I could have gotten the same tire at Belle Tire for $93.00. I have a full warranty through Berger and extended warranty through century 1st so if it is covered I will go to Berger otherwise I will take somewhere else because Berger's prices are not reasonable and I can get it cheaper elsewhere.
