Jeremy called me a day later to increase the offer as well as give us an actual breakdown of payments which didn’t happen the first time. Thankfully he did because the payments were lower than the other place I had visited and I decided on leasing the Equinox. The lease process was smooth and every one was helpful and fairly quick, I have had past experiences where I spent almost 6 hours in a dealership. The car is great, we got the features we were looking for. Overall a good experience. More

Excellent selection and excellent sales personnel to work wi A few weeks ago we went looking at new cars thinking we would probably stay with the one we had as it was in very good condition. We had stopped at a A few weeks ago we went looking at new cars thinking we would probably stay with the one we had as it was in very good condition. We had stopped at a few other dealerships during the week prior to stopping at Berger and found no one wanted to five us anywhere near what we knew our car was worth. To our surprise, we were met by an extremely nice young man who walked us through the process Berger uses, had our car appraised, and was offered what we considered to be a very fair offer. We had a bit larger vehicle in mind to buy, but in looking at the prices and the monthly payments we hesitated to agree to go forward. It was then our salesman showed us a Trax, and got my wife (90% of driving of it), to get into the demo on the floor while explaining all the optinions available. She fell in love, and we agreed to buy one that came equiped with the options she wanted. Thinking it would have to be ordered, we thought we'd have a few days. But he checked the listed inventory for the color Trax she wanted along with all the options and found they had several in their massive inventory. We could sign the papers in an hour or less, and take the new car home, briging back the title to our old care when we were back in their neighborhood over the next week to 10 days. That's what we did. And my wife has loved every second so far of driving around in her new car. Great dealership with a massive inventory in three different locations to pick from. The facility is clean as a whistle. And the staff are each a real joy to work with. Berger gets our highest recommendation of THE DEALERSHIP to do business with if you're in the market for a new or used car. More
