So, it’s no surprise that you’ll find me at a Chevrolet dealership when purchasing a new vehicle... and I’ll emphasize that I have visited many in the past and overall have been satisfied with the way they conduct their businesses - BUT - the Berger dealership is by far the best I’ve ever visited This was my first time at Berger Chevrolet and I guarantee it’s only the first of many. I told them what I wanted and was pleased that they didn't try to up sale me. J.Hosey is a good likeable sales person. Didn't push anything. Showed me the list of upgrades and said look them over and tell me if you want something. I live in Muskegon, but will bring my vehicle to Berger for service. The only bad thing I will say is Chevy should have a longer factory warranty on their power train. All in all it was a good experience. More
