Was good but a bit confusing what door to be at. I do think that overall Berger does a great job as far as the oil change center. However there needs to be some sort of a light system or where a customer pulls up and they actually know what door to be at and then if there was a light system if it was Green and that would tell the customer visually which door to Be at and then also some way of a notification rather than having to be in your car waiting for five minutes Un sure what door to be at and then have to get out of your car go inside and ask which bay do they want you in. Also please update your web site if you are not going to have service on a Saturday as was for the Metro cruise. We went for oil change and we're notified that they were closed because of metro cruise. Spent time mileage and energy. Would have been nice as we checked the website to know that they were closed.
