MAJOR REPAIR (Oil pan gasket and more) I had a small leak and had it checked out prior to Winter. Oil pan gasket and two manifolds were leaking a small amount of oil, also had a small leak I had a small leak and had it checked out prior to Winter. Oil pan gasket and two manifolds were leaking a small amount of oil, also had a small leak in the water pump. Replaced all items and refilled with fluids. Also had a badly worn motor mount replaced. This repair required my vehicle to have a 4 wheel alignment in the end. I would have assumed that, that would be covered as to the nature of the repair. Separating oil pan from the bottom of the engine. I am happy with the work. No more leaks. More

SLOW and expensive Last 2 times I went in for oil change and rotation, I had appointments and it still took 3.5 hours ($1000) and 2 hours ($230). They always come up wi Last 2 times I went in for oil change and rotation, I had appointments and it still took 3.5 hours ($1000) and 2 hours ($230). They always come up with things I need to do that I are not supported by the owners manual. I listen to them come out and tell almost every person waiting that they found something else and it should be done since they have the vehicle in. Also, since they have the complete history of my maintenance records why don't they tell me all the things that should be done when I made the appointment online instead of waiting until I get there. It would have helped me schedule my time better. I bought the vehicle from Berger (that went great and I don't see his name on the list) but I have not been happy with service. More
