First Ever Vehicle Purchase Went Well I was so glad to have Hugh Collins assisting me as I worked through my first car buying process. He was honest and transparent about everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had the same level of transparency and support from Brian Hayes when it came time for financing, which I had apprehensions about, but which turned out great. I couldn't have asked for a better sales process! The dealership policies, however, were mildly disappointing. This was my first car and it is the most expensive thing I've ever purchased, but since it wasn't a new car, I didn't get any of the dealership perks like a full tank of gas or a free or discounted first oil change to get me connected with the service department. Not even a keychain to make my new key stand out. It was a bit of a bummer to feel like "less." But I guess there has to be a difference to making buying new more enticing. Fortunately, the sales team I had was fantastic and I am happy with my purchase. More
Argument and frustrated over warranty issue Frustrated and disappointed, I had an interior trim piece that needed to be replaced and the vehicle is less than a year old and iunder warranty. First arugment was to have me return with the vehicle when the issue was happening , why am I being incovineced , after discussion then it was offered to leave it until the weather next summer created the issue again , why? So it won't be under warranty? and yet another round of argument and it was offered to replace but this was a courtsey replacement ? I purchased the vehicle less than a year ago, I also had purchased another vehicle almost 2 years prior, my money and loyalty where being challenged for what ? The dealer or service should have replaced without arugment or incovinece to me , why was I put through such hassle. Then when I was promised a vehicle without issue, I arrived for my appointment on time and was told a vechicle would be waiting without delay after all of this for weeks and arguments I waited for 40 minutes and still no vehicle for me , I had a meeting to attend, so I asked for my own vehicle back, and made another appointment for the repair. Dustin I believe was doing what he could but with direction from above , whoever that maybe. I am having a hard time thinking I may return for service or sales in the future. Disappointed in Berger , I have purchased and leased since 1992. More

My regular service consultant Adam, was helping another customer,when I arrived, I brought my 2018 Equinox in for service after a recall notification. My regular service consultant Adam, was helping another customer,when I arrived, so Jeremy greeted me and started the check in process right away. Great team cooperation. I finished up with Adam and then saw another rep for a loaner car. I was in and out in 20 minutes or less. I really appreciate the efficiency. The repair work on my car was completed in a few hours.
