Can’t fix what’s wrong on a 2018 Equinox with 6,000 miles Our stabilitrak and traction control not working is a safety issue. The code shows an active transmission code not once but twice after you had it fo Our stabilitrak and traction control not working is a safety issue. The code shows an active transmission code not once but twice after you had it for 6 days and changed the PCV valve. We are very disappointed in the fact that the technicians can’t understand that it only happens when you first start it. If it doesn’t come on then, then it’s not going to. You have to wait a few hours and try again not drive it to Holland and back. It had nothing to do with driving, never comes on going down the road. We really are very disappointed in the service department. More
Dissapointed Previously I have experienced good service at Berger. This time a girl called and said it was time for an oil change and tire rotation. I told her I w Previously I have experienced good service at Berger. This time a girl called and said it was time for an oil change and tire rotation. I told her I was planning on an oil change but did not need the rotation as it was done at the last oil change. She said they are supposed to be rotated every 6,000 miles and that we had 1 more and that it would all be free again this time (our last one) I knew the 6,000 miles was not correct but since it would be free I said ok. My husband took the car in and they took his name and said it would be 1 hour to an hour and 15 minutes. After over 2 hours he asked about it and they said they were looking for Sue. They then charged him the full price! I feel she lied to me just to get the appointment. This was completely unethical. More

He also said that there was an Instant $100 rebate if I were to get the tires by the end of the month. More
