I purchased my first new car from Berger in 1969, and continue to buy new Camaros from them. They have always treated me fairly, and the quality of their product is excellent. Last week I stopped in for a tail light issue and airbag sensor light that was on with no appointment. It was near the end of the day so Brandon quickly (with the help of Eric I believe) installed a new ta sensor light that was on with no appointment. It was near the end of the day so Brandon quickly (with the help of Eric I believe) installed a new tail light at no charge to get me on my way. Brandon mentioned that the air bag sensor could be taken care of with no appointment when it fit into my schedule. I am here now and they have done an excellent job keeping their promise...appointment not necessary!! That works best for my schedule as I drive nearly 1000 miles every week and have a hard time scheduling something like this. It's refreshing to go to a dealership for service that truly wants to take care of your issue NOW. WAY TO GO BERGER, I WILL BE BACK! More
Dan was outstanding. He went out of his way to find the car I wanted.. even though it meant going to Ohio. I spoke with Tom Satterley upon the return of my '08 Impala lease. I really liked the car and was 4,500 miles over on my mileage. He gave me options of either 1)returning the car and paying for the over Impala lease. I really liked the car and was 4,500 miles over on my mileage. He gave me options of either 1)returning the car and paying for the overage of mileage or 2)purchasing the car. After going over the options, I decided to purchase car and in a year give it to my daughter to use for college. He then introduced me to Cathy Hubbard (in the finance dept.) who took all my information and after a very short time had the financing paperwork completed along with getting me a fantastic interest rate for the loan. It took a short time to sign all the paperwork and I was on my way back home with my car. I want to thank both Tom & Cathy for the their excellence in assisting me on my purchase. I stopped in at Berger last August to inquire about the Volt. Brian Isch answered my questions and took my deposit. Finally in March the Volt arrived. I've been driving the Volt for over a month now and it has performed very well; all GM's promises are kept. Even with my long commute and a 200 mile monthly trip (almost all on gasoline) I am getting 93 miles per gallon. Can any other vehicle on the market beat that? None that I know of. More
I went in to have my 10 year old car fixed in December. I knew that it was having a lot of engine problems, but was hoping I could get an inexpensive fix. (Two other mechanics had said that the fix might I knew that it was having a lot of engine problems, but was hoping I could get an inexpensive fix. (Two other mechanics had said that the fix might not work and would be very expensive.) Berger confirmed the findings of the previous mechanics. So while walking around, trying to figure out what to do, we met Brian Isch and started to talk about new cars. Brian is the owner of a Cruze, so was extremely familiar with the details on this car. We talked for a long time and decided, without any pressure, to buy a new Cruze. I have now been driving it for over 3 months. I am getting 32 mph and my Cruze has had its free oil change with check up. I am totally delighted with my Cruze and and would recommend the Cruze and Berger to anyone looking for great service and a great car. Also, I would recommend you visiting Brian who was very thorough, kind, and patient with my numerous questions. While I had hoped to fix my old car, my husband and I had already been talking about a new car. We had previously researched cars and prices, so knew some background on the cars before we arrived at Berger. More

We took our time to really research vehicles and Bruce Sirmans was very patient and knowledgeable about all the aspects of the vehicle we purchased. He kept us appraised of specials and worked with us to get the best deal possible on our new car. The entire experience was low pressure but high results from start to finish.
