I called and was asked to bring my car back in but could not because I was at work. I told the guy who answered the phone that I would try to bring it back after work and hung up. Rich Carlson went out of his way and called me when I did not even leave my name or number to find out what my call was about. He came out to where I was located to try and fix the issue and when that was not possible took it back to Berger for repair. With in a few hours it was fixed and brought back to me. What an amazing employee you have and a great experience. Thanks Rich, I will be bringing my car back for future repairs.
