Engine Repair - Fawn was awesome! : ) Berger Service Center: On a Monday morning at 8am my 2011 Equinox died on a busy road (28th st). Had my car towed to a shop where they told me I need Berger Service Center: On a Monday morning at 8am my 2011 Equinox died on a busy road (28th st). Had my car towed to a shop where they told me I needed a new engine and they could not assist me. I was advised to contact Berger to see if I was still under warranty. Spoke to Jordan (phone rep) and she was extremely helpful and explained I did have a warranty. Also, Berger would send a shuttle to pick up my keys (I was at work) and then send a tow truck to move my car from the other shop. On my lunch break I stopped at Berger to sign some paperwork. To my surprise everyone made sure I was being helped. I was introduced to Fawn, and she was EXTREAMLY helpful and kind. She eased my mind and quickly explained the process and introduced me to Tom M (rental car rep.). It took Tom about 10 minutes to put me in a loaner car (at no charge because it was covered under the warranty). It took Berger under 24 hours to find the problem, fix it, and complete a much needed alignment. Better news I walked out only paying for my alignment. I wanted to make sure to point out the OUTSTANDING experience I had with Fawn, and everyone else who was involved. I am very happy with the outcome and I would recommend Berger Service Center to anyone of my friend/family! Great job everyone! ? More
Service blunder on my part I went into Berger to get some routine service work done on my 2014 Silverado. I was scheduled for 9:05 a.m. on 2-25-14. It took much longer than I th I went into Berger to get some routine service work done on my 2014 Silverado. I was scheduled for 9:05 a.m. on 2-25-14. It took much longer than I thought and was getting rather impatient with my wait. I didn't complain, when it was done I asked what their hours were so I could try to schedule a later appointment for my next service so it didn't eat away at my work day. Well I got back to work and my note was actually for the 26th, not the 25th. The service writer never said anything about me being a day early. He just tried his best to accommodate me and my poor organizational skills. Thank you Drew Molnar in service for your professionalism. More

The entire process from start to finish was very quick and painless. Apollo Braginini, finance manager, was also excellent to work with in finalizing our deal quickly having also listened to exactly what we were looking for. There was no awkward or uncomfortable negotiating back and forth like we have experienced at other dealerships. To be honest, our initial plan was to shop at several other different dealerships before making a final decision, but after exceeding our expectations with the vehicle leasing options and pricing, we stopped our search with Berger. We had explained to Kairee when we first met that we didn't want to mess around with price negotiations and that the expectation was to deliver the best price out of the gate. That is exactly what we experienced! We are so happy with our new Chevy Traverse! Thanks Kairee, Apollo, and Berger Chevrolet for a great first experience. We will certainly be happy to recommend you and Berger to other friends and family! More
This place is the worst!!! I purchased my Trailblazer from them and was told in signing the papers by Duane Woodwyk the sales guy if I am not happy with the vehicle in my first I purchased my Trailblazer from them and was told in signing the papers by Duane Woodwyk the sales guy if I am not happy with the vehicle in my first 30 days I could return the vehicle and get a credit towards another vehicle. Plus I kept telling him what I was looking for and he kept telling me I didn't want an SUV. After bringing the vehicle back in multiple times for servicing within the first 30 days I decided i didn't want to deal with all the problems this vehicle had and tried returning it like Duane said I could, they responded with "show me the paperwork I signed saying I said that!" He didn't say he didn't say it, but wanted me to prove it on paper, my witness didn't count according to Berger that he gave me a verbal warranty. Within my first couple months of having the vehicle I had to replace the front end, (rack and pinion, ti-rods, upper ball joints) which cost me another lump sum of money that Berger wouldn't help me with. Now I admit I should have had a certified mechanic check the whole thing over, but when Duane reassured me that after I picked out the vehicle and he said it had to go through inspection still, if there was anything major wrong with the vehicle then the deal was off. I'm sorry but rack and pinion, ti-rods, upper ball joints, tires, transmission problems, and NOW the heat is going out in it...this was the biggest mistake I have made so far. Oh and the loan officer was very rude too. More

Profession team. Sancho was an absolute blessing. This was our first used car purchase and we thought we knew exactly which vehicle we were looking for. We decided to Sancho was an absolute blessing. This was our first used car purchase and we thought we knew exactly which vehicle we were looking for. We decided to take the one we had in mind for an overnight test drive. We loved it and ended up purchasing it the following day. Throughout the following week we started noticing little glitches that we were not comfortable with about the vehicle. The acceleration was slow and harsh, it switched gears rough, just drove a bit strange. The following weekend we returned to Sancho to see if there was anything we could possibly do to feel more comfortable with our purchase. We were willing to have it looked at to see if there was mechanically something wrong or to possibly purchase an extended warranty on it just in case something did go wrong in the future, Our ultimate dream was to be put in an entirely different car. Sancho was able to give us a full refund for the vehicle at the price we purchased it for and then put us into a newer vehicle with better miles that we absolutely love! We are so happy with our purchase now and all our inhibitions about buying used cars is gone. We would highly recommend Sancho and the Berger team for any purchase. They are truly amazing and really work to make their customers feel comfortable, hear and understood. Thank you again for the wonderful experience! We will definantly be returning to Sancho for any future purchases. More
Never Again Bought my Car form used sales department to only find out two days later my car begin jerking every time i took off. took the car back the claim they Bought my Car form used sales department to only find out two days later my car begin jerking every time i took off. took the car back the claim they could not find anything wrong with the car, so i took it to a trusted mechanic and they found that there was no transmission fuild in the car, so much for there inspection that they claim the do for every car. Now i find that after a year in a half that there wonderful service department tape the muffler together. Berger a trusted name in grand rapids i think not i would never recommend berger to anyone. They sold me a car the knew needed a new muffler there inspection of the care was a complete joke. So to those i did recommed to berger I have since told to stay clear of this place. shady dealership. More

Then for work to be done, scheduled out appointment, the called the DAY OF to cancel because they didn't have all the parts. REALLY?! Shouldn't you have checked that BEFORE you called to schedule it!? More
