James communicated with me via text message, which some could find impersonal, I LOVED! It's my preferred communication. I didn't have time to go back and forth via telephone answering questions (I should note he did call 3 days later to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle, which was very nice). He fought to get me a good price on a used Equinox, set up all my On-star and XM, and had all of the details ready to go when I arrived to sign. I have a busy schedule, so this was very important. Brian, the finance manager, was straightforward, knowledgeable of the different options for financing, and quick with the paperwork. Overall a good experience. More
