Not happy with my experience. I haven't had my vehicle for 30 days and they can't decide if they are going to fix 2400 repair. They have had my vehicle since F with my experience. I haven't had my vehicle for 30 days and they can't decide if they are going to fix 2400 repair. They have had my vehicle since Friday 2-17-17. They still have it as of 2-21-17 Trying to make a decision. If it takes them that long to make a decision I hate to see if anything else happens. This is a 18,000 vehicle not 5,000. I wish I could return it with no penalties. I would return it. Just an update. After posting this Corey Shelton from berger called me not to happy. He was more concerned about me posting this then reassuring me everyrhing will be ok. YES they fixed it for free. Since this was he concern that people would see my post and think they didn't fix it for free. They sent my vehicle somewhere else to get fixed. Because they didnt want to pay the 2400 estimate berger service gave them. When I picked it up on Friday (one week later). My check engine light was one. The sound was worse. A sound that was not there before I brought it in. I did pick it up on Monday and the check engine light is off but the sound is still there. I have asked for paper and what was fixed on my vehicle and Corey Shelton advised me that he don't have it for me its done internally. I asked what did they fix he said what was wrong with it . never giving me a straight answer. I have contacted Bob twice Corey boss and he sti'll has contacted me. I am very un happy. Now I have to come out of my pocket to pay for an estimate to see what is still wrong with my vehicle that they were supposed to fix. More
