With the expenses of a new baby, we were very specific on what we wanted to spend and still get a reliable vehicle. James was able to help us pick out the perfect car and still get us the trade in credit we needed to be able to afford it. Fast forward two months, I was involved in an accident and totaled the car. Thanks to James strongly suggesting GAP coverage, we didn't lose any money out of pocket and he was able to get us into a very similar vehicle with zero down and only a couple dollars more a month. They are even helping us get everything submitted to file the claim for our GAP coverage on the old car. We've had more than an excellent experience working with James and Jeff at Berger.
