Please give me a specific person to make contact with so I have a direct contact with one person that has management's instructions to fix the car so I don't get any more runaround. Clearly there is a mechanical/sensor issue and just resetting the code is not the answer. I purchased a used car, so I guess you have a special set of mechanics in the garage that are assigned to work on the internal used repairs. Honestly, I have no trust in anyone over in the used car department at this point. Honoring your word, making things right within a reasonable amount of time, are very important character qualities and at this point, character has been seriously lacking over there. And at 4 months, clearly there won't be any movement on their behalf to resolve this issue in my opinion. Beyond this issue, I truly don't have any other issues with the dealership since I haven't had any experience with the balance of your company and staff.

I'd rather not post that information publicly as a private individual. If I call the dealership, who should I ask for and I can call in before business end today or tomorrow, depending on response and review timing. We can go into all the details then. The receptionist did place me into a voice mail box that she believed would be the respondent, hopefully that was accurate, otherwise we can relate it to the correct individual who is corresponding with me.
