My wife normally wouldn't go with me as she hated the"buying" game. How ever because of a referral from a friend, we checked the dealership out. We were met by Sam Tate who was knowledgeable, courteous , and willing to show us several models. We decided on the CX9 Touring . The price was right for us, a fair amount was offered for our trade.There were no unexpected charges & we were given an "out the door " price which was the true price.Everyone there was very accommodating & i look forward to having all service work done by Berge Mazda. More

We were so sad to have our 2016 Mazda CX-5 recently totaled and went to Berge to try to find a used car to replace it. They didn't have any that matched exactly what we were looking for, but they worked with us to get us a great deal on a new one! We wandered in there late on a Friday night (which we felt bad about!) and everyone was genuinely nice and accommodating. It was seriously the least stressful car buying experience I could imagine and we LOVE our new car! More

Actually Impressed I'm sure it helps that I went in with a pretty solid idea about wanting the Mazda CX-5 (My cousin works for Mazda). Still overall, this was the least traumatic car buying experience I've been a part of. Sam was very relaxed and listened to what it was I was looking for without trying to sell me on upgrades or "must haves" that weren't in my budget. Earl was solid in explaining the warranty info, and again, wasn't trying to push me towards something I didn't really need. I waited fill out this survey as I had to have my windows tinted and I wanted to make sure getting the service done was equally stress free. I've been burned before so I was cautious this time. Glad to say James was super helpful as well. More

Shelly started us off with an immediate and honest description of the pricing for the vehicle we wanted. Julian was very personable and truly a product specialist, pointing out the features of the car and answering all of our questions. He was such a refreshing change from other sales people. His sense of humor helped make the process enjoyable - something that I had thought was impossible. John helped us work out the numbers, and with an assist from Earl, who came in on his day off to speed things up on a busy day, we left with the vehicle we wanted at the price we expected.
