I only put 1 star only because you can’t write this review it would be a BIG - 00000. Because they have no respect for young girls they talk down to them. I wrote a review because this place is the worst from advisor to service manager. Don’t ever get tire and wheel package from this place. They don’t cover anything. I was told recall service would be 45 mins, instead took over 2 hours, and as it turns out, after what must have been a 5 minute inspection, the recall wasn't even needed on my vehicle, so it wasn't done... over 2 hours, and as it turns out, after what must have been a 5 minute inspection, the recall wasn't even needed on my vehicle, so it wasn't done...yet it took 2 hours!
