Once I got to Mercedes, everything and everyone were nice. However, the time to connect to a Road Service person was well over a half hour. As the one who interfaces with the customer, Scott is a tremendous asset to Benzel-Busch; he has excellent communication skills, holds himself accountable for the work being done on your vehicle and does his absolute best to make the service experience as seamless as possible.
