They charged me $8000 on everything that wasn’t the issue and failed to even diagnose the problem. It bucks. They didn’t take a test drive before and after. but instead said it was radiator needs replacing, and failed to even diagnose the problem. It bucks. Several times now i have dropped off my car without having an appt due to emergency and every single time they have taken great care of me. Most recently my car got damaged by an electrical wire that f having an appt due to emergency and every single time they have taken great care of me. Most recently my car got damaged by an electrical wire that fell on my car and scratched it everywhere. i also suspected some electrical damage so i figured to drop it off and get it checked. I was introduced to Tyler Stephanik, collision specialist. He was very efficient and explained all the options to me. He was more helpful than my insurance company. He took my car that same day to get it checked out. Did a walkthrough to give me an idea of the damages. Helped me/ advised me with following up with the city/insurance company. I had to leave my car there, they arranged for me to get home in like 15 minutes. Tyler called me the next day to update me. I am very pleased with his service and professionalism. The reason why i will always bring my business here is because of their service from the minute you drive in to the minute you leave. Always 5*. Thank you for everything you do :) More
