Complete con artists, they gave me a service price over the phone, I go in and find out they are short staffed and takes me 2 1/2 hours for me to get a service loaner that I never asked for. Had one tire and one wheel rim replaced. I have wheel and tire insurance. I am supposed to be financially responsible, at most, for $50 deductible, yet I was forced to sign and acknowledge I I have wheel and tire insurance. I am supposed to be financially responsible, at most, for $50 deductible, yet I was forced to sign and acknowledge I would be responsible for all costs, beyond what the insurance company agrees to pay, which they said may exceed the deductible because dealer charges full list price. Makes no sense. I've never had this happen before, and I have visited other dealerships, including the flagship dealer in NYC. Was told I should also pay for a wheel alignment which they charge almost $300! I had it professionally done for $118.00 down the street. Car was returned yet all 4 tires showed on dash console as needing air! Dealer insisted the correct amount of air was in the tires, to which I responded that was impossible, or the dash "flat tire" symbol wouldn't have come on. They sent a very nice guy to my house (less than 5-min away) to properly inflate the tires. Just a lot of needless drama that could have been avoided.. Herb Karlitz More

It was an easy process although I didn’t enjoy the experience with the device manager. He was an old white man and tried to mansplain things to me. He didn’t even tell me when my car was going to be r experience with the device manager. He was an old white man and tried to mansplain things to me. Everyone else was great and friendly this man judged me and made me feel uncomfortable. More
