I had made a reservation for an Express Service at 9:30AM. I got there at 9:18 and waited as they told me to do. But it was not until 10:20 they said they found my car and can do the job by 12 Noon. 9:30AM. I got there at 9:18 and waited as they told me to do. I was very upset as the Express Service for Service B is supposed to be guaranteed in 1 hour, so I told the Rep. that I will bring my car another day and asked for my car. He came back and said that they already started the service and that he can have the car ready in one hour if I do not get the car wash. So I accepted to wait one more hour. The car was finally ready at 11:25 AM. I asked him about the Guarantee and he said that it is from the time I sign the document. I told him that I was ready to sign the document when I arrived, so I told him that it is not my fault that I waited 1 hour for them to find my car which I brought 1 hour ago. What kind of service is this? I don't blame the Rep but I blame the company system. More
Complete con artists, they gave me a service price over the phone, I go in and find out they are short staffed and takes me 2 1/2 hours for me to get a service loaner that I never asked for. Then, upon getting a service advisor he told me my services were gonna be $200 more than what I was initially told. My family and I will no longer be getting servicing from them, they’re horrible. Had one tire and one wheel rim replaced. I have wheel and tire insurance. I am supposed to be financially responsible, at most, for $50 deductible, yet I was forced to sign and acknowledge I I have wheel and tire insurance. I am supposed to be financially responsible, at most, for $50 deductible, yet I was forced to sign and acknowledge I would be responsible for all costs, beyond what the insurance company agrees to pay, which they said may exceed the deductible because dealer charges full list price. Makes no sense. I've never had this happen before, and I have visited other dealerships, including the flagship dealer in NYC. Was told I should also pay for a wheel alignment which they charge almost $300! I had it professionally done for $118.00 down the street. Car was returned yet all 4 tires showed on dash console as needing air! Dealer insisted the correct amount of air was in the tires, to which I responded that was impossible, or the dash "flat tire" symbol wouldn't have come on. They sent a very nice guy to my house (less than 5-min away) to properly inflate the tires. Just a lot of needless drama that could have been avoided.. Herb Karlitz More
