Last week I scheduled the yearly "Express" service checkup on my 2021 Mercedes. This is the fourth Mercedes that my wife and I have leased from Benzel Busch. This was an extremely poor experience wi checkup on my 2021 Mercedes. This is the fourth Mercedes that my wife and I have leased from Benzel Busch. This was an extremely poor experience with the Benzel Busch staff. I was ignored when inquiring about the whereabouts of my vehicle as it was no longer on site. I was told that the car was being washed and I should have it back in minutes, which turned into hours. I volunteered several times to walk down the road to pick up my car but was refused. When I finally did get my car back, it was not washed, it had a new foul smell that can only be described as shame and sweat, and to top it all off a jackknifed truck in the service driveway was blocking the exit. After this experience and several negative experiences my wife had, we will not be getting a 5th Mercedes from Benzel-Busch. I hope I never have to return to this dealership ever again. More
I took my 2021 GLS 580 for service and explained that I was having an issue, since purchase on 8/2021. They told me they would look into it during my 10K service. I took my vehicle back to the dealer for repair and it has been 5 weeks and there is no resolution to the problem. I am continuously being told that my vehicle is still failing the quality check and they still can't figure out the problem. Meanwhile, I continue to make my lease payments, despite not having possession of my vehicle. More

I had made a reservation for an Express Service at 9:30AM. I got there at 9:18 and waited as they told me to do. But it was not until 10:20 they said they found my car and can do the job by 12 Noon. 9:30AM. I got there at 9:18 and waited as they told me to do. I was very upset as the Express Service for Service B is supposed to be guaranteed in 1 hour, so I told the Rep. that I will bring my car another day and asked for my car. He came back and said that they already started the service and that he can have the car ready in one hour if I do not get the car wash. So I accepted to wait one more hour. The car was finally ready at 11:25 AM. I asked him about the Guarantee and he said that it is from the time I sign the document. I told him that I was ready to sign the document when I arrived, so I told him that it is not my fault that I waited 1 hour for them to find my car which I brought 1 hour ago. What kind of service is this? I don't blame the Rep but I blame the company system. More
