They misled us about how long a very standard oil change would be, Waiting in the dealership for over two and half hours when we were told the car would be ready. Last week I scheduled the yearly "Express" service checkup on my 2021 Mercedes. This is the fourth Mercedes that my wife and I have leased from Benzel Busch. This was an extremely poor experience wi checkup on my 2021 Mercedes. This is the fourth Mercedes that my wife and I have leased from Benzel Busch. This was an extremely poor experience with the Benzel Busch staff. I was ignored when inquiring about the whereabouts of my vehicle as it was no longer on site. I was told that the car was being washed and I should have it back in minutes, which turned into hours. I volunteered several times to walk down the road to pick up my car but was refused. When I finally did get my car back, it was not washed, it had a new foul smell that can only be described as shame and sweat, and to top it all off a jackknifed truck in the service driveway was blocking the exit. After this experience and several negative experiences my wife had, we will not be getting a 5th Mercedes from Benzel-Busch. I hope I never have to return to this dealership ever again. More
I took my 2021 GLS 580 for service and explained that I was having an issue, since purchase on 8/2021. They told me they would look into it during my 10K service. When I picked up my vehicle 3 days later was having an issue, since purchase on 8/2021. They told me they would look into it during my 10K service. When I picked up my vehicle 3 days later, I was told that the problem had been addressed. Five days later, the problem continued. I took my vehicle back to the dealer for repair and it has been 5 weeks and there is no resolution to the problem. I am continuously being told that my vehicle is still failing the quality check and they still can't figure out the problem. Meanwhile, I continue to make my lease payments, despite not having possession of my vehicle. More
