Benzel-Busch Motor Car - Service Center

Horrible, my car is only two years old, has only 8,000 miles and still under warranty. The car died on the road several times the past two months and was finally towed to the Englewood service department miles and still under warranty. The car died on the road several times the past two months and was finally towed to the Englewood service department last week for repair due to 12V battery problem as shown on the screen of the car. I asked the battery to be replaced and was denied because the service department claimed that battery was still in decent condition. Instead the battery was recharged by the service department claiming the problem was resolved. A day after the car was returned the battery died again and I am again stranded on the road with my family and had to get a friend to come over with his car to jump start my car in order to get home. The car will again have to be towed back to the shop for further repair. What a waste of my time. More

I came from Long Island for a recall service on our 2008 Smart as Rally Motors dropped Smart service. From the first call everyone was very courteous and knowledgeable! I had to confirm with the parts person then switch back to another attendant for the appointment. I was taken right on time and of course I had to wait. My advisor John Powell understood the problem and got me out ahead of schedule! Everyone treated me as if had just bought a new AMG :) Thank you very much. Lovely experience! More
