Horrible. My car was returned with the passenger console totally unattached . Left on the floor with the invoice. I can’t attach it. 10 documented unanswered phone calls.very difficult to get a human being to speak to….$385 for a diagnosis that an apprentice mechanic could of told me. They had the car for a week. Representative doubled down on poor service texting me making excuses instead of a solution . Also documented. My credit card was charged 2x’s. ( Amex said one was a “hold” charge) I purchased the car 10 years ago at this dealership. Had to tow it back and forth and it took a week to get a diagnosis. I plan on disputing the charge with Amex as soon as it removed from pending status. More

I was told about 2 pm that my car service was finished and that it was being washed and would be delivered to me. at 5:30 pm still no call or info. i called a few times and got someone around 6 that said and that it was being washed and would be delivered to me. at 5:30 pm still no call or info. i called a few times and got someone around 6 that said there was a snafu and the car would be delivered tomorrow. the lack of communication in telling me this all afternoon is upsetting. its not the fact that i got the car the next day, as i had a loaner, so it was ok, but not hearing back from the company and waiting for nothing the previous day, was upsetting. once my service manager heard about this, he apologized and said he would handle it. the person who told me at 6 pm the night before that he was sorry and that there was a snafu, was also very nice. but whats with the lack of communication to your customers? More

The car has only 53k miles, 3 over warranty and incurred $2,200 expense to replace crank case vent line. I asked for some good will accommodation but they denied any support - too bad it’s out of warranty. $2,200 expense to replace crank case vent line. Even with advance appt time to return loaner and retrieve my car - they didn’t deliver it for 45 minutes. Client service is all show. So much for buying a “reliable Mercedes” More
