This was the first time I visited the Express Service Center at BBMB… I always make an appointment but this time needed fast minor service done for my 2019 C class ..A1 service… was done in about an hour Center at BBMB… I always make an appointment but this time needed fast minor service done for my 2019 C class ..A1 service… was done in about an hour and they washed, vacuumed , and even washed my Weathertech mats all around… the Express Service center was great because you can see the technicians working on your car while you wait. There are 2 techs assigned to cars in Express service to ensure expert and prompt service which is great. My usual technician Juan Rojas was away on vacation… my C Class was worked on by Jason… saw the work he did and was impressed … he checked everything including brake lines and lubricated the suspension parts and checked brake lines… and when he was done… he even wiped down the entire engine bay and left the engine compartment nice and shiny .. would recommend BB of Englewood for Express Service More
